Hari matar ka achar, मटर का अचार, achar banane ka tarika, matar ka achar kaise banaye, Peas Pickle Recipe,achar banane ki vidhi hindi, matar achaar recipe, #MatarKaAChar #GreenPeasPickle #AcharRecipe #IndianPickleRecipe Ingredients for Green Peas Pickle - मटर का अचार Peas - मटर - a little more than 2 Cup Sugar - चीनी - 1 tsp Coriander Seeds - साबुत धनिया - 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds - सौंफ - 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds - जीरा - 1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds - मेथी दाना - 1 tsp Carom Seeds - अजवाइन - 1 tsp Black Pepper - काली मिर्च - 10 - 12 Yellow Mustard - पीली सरसों - 1 tbsp Mustard Oil - सरसों का तेल - 1/2 Cup Asafoetida - हींग - 1 pinch Black Cumin Seeds - कलौंजी - 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder - हल्दी पाउडर - 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder - कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 2 tsp Salt - नमक - 2 tsp Black Salt - काला नमक - 1 tsp Vinegar - सिरका - 2 tbsp How to prepare matar pickle? 1. Take 3 cups of water in a vessel and bring it to a boil. 2. Add 1 tsp of sugar to water and boil the water till sugar dissolves. Add 2 cups of green peas to the water and boil them for 1.5 minutes. 3. Turn off the flame and strain the peas. Take a bowl of water with ice cubes and add peas to it. 4. keep them in cold water for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to the strainer and drain the water completely. 5. Spread the peas on a cloth and either pat dry them or leave them under the fan for 15-20 minutes. 6. Dry roast 1 tbsp of dry coriander seeds, 1 tbsp of fennel seeds, 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds, 1 tsp of carom seeds, and 10-12 black pepper for 1 or 1.5 minutes. 7. Add 1 tbsp of mustard seeds and roast it together with spices for 15-20 seconds. 8. Once the masala cools down, coarsely grind them in the mixer. 9. Heat 1/2 cup of mustard oil in the pan till it smokes. Turn off the flame and allow it to cool. 10. Add 1 pinch hing and 1/2 tsp of black cumin seeds to the oil. 11. Take peas in a bowl and add coarsely ground spices to the peas. 12. Mix 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 2 tsp of red chili powder, 2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of black salt, and oil in the peas. 13. Lastly, add 2 tbsp of vinegar and mix well. Leave the pickle for 2 days and stir it once a day. 14. Green peas pickle is ready to be served. Keep the pan on the flame, put some Cumin Seeds, Dried Coriander Seeds, Fennel Seeds and roast them well. Take them out on a plate keep them for cooling down and coarsely ground them in a mixer jar. In the same pan, put some Yellow Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds & Nigella Seeds & roast them as well and take them out on a plate. Put ground Masala, Salt, Black Salt, Dried Mango Powder, Turmeric Powder, Asafoetida/Hing Powder, White Vinegar and mix them all well. Then heat some Mustard Oil & keep it for cooling down. Put some Mustard Oil in it and mix it well. Take a Chillies and fill the Masala in it. Take a glass jar, keep the stuffed Chillies, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder with Oil, remaining Masala. Cover it with a lid and mix them all well. Then keep them for 8 days. Take enough water in a vessel and keep it to boil so that the Lasodas can be submerged in the water properly. Then put some Turmeric Powder & washed Lasodas/Labere/Gonda in the water. Cover & boil till they get 50% soft. Then Switch off the fire & drain all the water & keep it under the fan for 1 to 1.5 hours & then remove its peels cap. Keep the pan on the flame, put Mustard Oil & heat the Oil till it starts emitting smoke. Then turn the flame off & let the Oil cool a bit. Keep the pan for heating & put some Fennel Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Black Pepper & dry roast them. Then keep them to cool & coarsely grind them. In the same pan, dry roast some Yellow Rai Dal, Fenugreek Seeds Powder, Black Onion Seeds & take them out on a plate. Grind some Red Mustard Seeds in a jar & take it out on a plate. Then add roasted & ground Spices, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Crushed red Chilli Powder, Black Salt & Plain Salt & mix them all well. Then take a lukewarm Oil, put some Asafoetida/Hing Powder & mixed Spices & Dried Mango Powder & cook them a little bit. At last, put the Labere/Gunda/Lasoda in it & mix till the spices cover all the Lasodas/Gunda well. Finely take out the Lasoda Pickle into the bowl, cover it with the cloth & keep it for 2 to 8 days. Remove its kernels/seeds and wash & wipe them and put all mango pieces in any utensil or jar, put some Salt and Turmeric Powder in it and mix it well. Cover it with a cloth and keep it for 2 days a room temperature. Then drain the extra water from it and keep it in the sunlight for 1 hour. For Pickle Masala, in a pan, put Fennel Seeds roast it for a min and take it out on a plate. Then roast the Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Black Pepper, Black Mustard Seeds, Yellow Mustard Seeds, Onion Seeds & take out them. Keep them for cooling down then coarsely grind roasted Fennel Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Black Pepper in the mixer and mix all spices. Put Crushed Red Chilli Powder, coarsely ground Spices, Asafoetida, Black Salt, Salt, crushed Jaggery in the pickle. Then heat some Mustard Oil & when it turns lukewarm put Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder and mix it well and put the Oil in the Pickle. Mix them well & cover it with cloth and keep it for a day. Gajar ka Paniwala Achar, Shalgam Gajar ka paniwala pickle, Mooli Aur Gajar ka Raiwala Achar, No Oil Pickle Gajar and Mooli Ingredients : Peeled Turnip (शलगम ) - 2 ( 200 gms) Peeled carrots (गाजर ) - 2 (200 gms) Peeled Radish(मूली ) - 1 ( 100 gms) Mustard oil(सरसों तेल ) - 2 tbsp Vinegar(सिरका ) - 2 tbsp Salt (नमक ) - 1.5 to 2 tsp or to taste Black mustard (सरसों के दाने ) - 3 tsp (coarsely ground ) Fennel seeds (सौंफ ) - 1 tsp (coarsely ground ) Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) - 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder (हल्दी ) - 1/2 tsp How to make Pani wala Achar 1. Put 3 cup water in the vessel,almost 600 ml, enough to dip the veggies. Put to flame and boil it. 2. Take peeled, washed and pat dried turnips, carrots, radish. Cut into 1 inch pieces. 3. Put the veggies in water and cover it. Cover it for exactly 3 minutes, after that turn off flame.Keep the veggies covered for 5 minutes. 4. Keep the vessel aside to cool.Take out all in a bowl. 5. Add spices such as salt, black mustard, fennel powder,red chili powder, turmeric powder.Add mustard oil,vinegar. Mix all. Serving : 6. Shalgam Gajar mooli ka pani wala achar is ready.Put the pickle in a sterelized container. Tomato achar recipe, Tamatar Ka aachaar, Guntur Tomato Pickle, tomato nilava pachadi, Boiled Tomato Pickle, #TomatoPickleRecipe #TomatoPachadi #TomatoChutney Ingredients : Tomatoes (टमाटर ) - 5 ( 500 gms ) Mustard oil ( सरसों तेल ) - More than 1/2 cup ( 125 gms) Salt (नमक ) - 3 tsp (or to taste) Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) - 3 tsp Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर ) - 1 tsp Tamarind pulp (इमली का पल्प ) - 2 tbsp Dry Red chili (लाल मिर्च ) - 4 to 5 Fenugreek seeds (मेथी ) - 1 tsp Cumin seeds (जीरा ) - 1 tsp Black Mustard seeds (काली सरसों के दाने ) - 2 tsp Asafoetida ( हींग ) - 1 pinch How to make Tomato Pickle : 1. Take pulpy tomatoes, chop into thick pieces. 2.Turn on flame, put pan to heat, pour mustard oil. Once hot,add the tomatoes. cook until soft. Cover and cook on medium flame. 3. After 5 minutes, stir the tomatoes, cover and cook again on medium flame for 5 minutes,until soft. 4. Remove lid, mash and cook till juice finishes. Increase flame. 5. Add tamarind pulp, stir and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes. Once cooked, turn of flame, let it cool. 6. Once cool, put the tamarind tomato in mixer jar, grind coarsely. 7. For masala, heat pan add mustard oil and let it heat well. Add black mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds. Reduce flame. 8. Add cumin seeds, then add 4 to 5 dry red chilies, asafoetida. Reduce flame to minimum. 9. Add tomato tamarind paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt. Mix all ingredients well and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Serving : 10. Yummy Tomato pickle is ready, Take it out in a bowl or a container. As it cools keep in a glass container or food grade plastic container. Relish it anytime. Subscribe & Stay Tuned - Ingredients: 11/2 cup Mustard Oil 100 grams Ginger grated 100 grams Garlic grated 1/2 kg or 500 grams boneless chicken Salt to taste Red Chilli powder to taste 1/2 cup Vinegar Method of preparation: In a wok add oil, bring it to smoking point, then switch off the gas and let it cool. Heat the oil again and add ginger paste, garlic paste and saute it for 10-15 mins so that the rawness goes away. Add the chicken to the mixture and fry till the chicken is done. Add salt, red chili powder, vinegar and let it cook for 10 -15 minutes. Our Chicken ka Achaar is ready. Karela achar ki recipe, Karela Pickle Recipe, karela achar banane ki vidhi, karela achar kaise banta hai, karela achar ki vidhi, bitter gourd pickle in vinegar, #KarelaAchar #KarelaPickle #BitterGourdPickle Ingredients for Karela Achaar Bottle Gourd - करेला - 250 gms Salt - नमक - 2 tsp Fennel Seeds - सौंफ - 4 tbsp Fenugreek Seeds - मेथी दाना - 1 tsp Cumin Seeds - जीरा - 1 tsp Carom Seeds - अजवाइन - 1 tsp Yellow Mustard Seeds - पीली सरसो के दाने - 3 tbsp Asafoetida - हींग - 1 pinch Black Pepper - काली मिर्च - 15-20 Mustard Oil - सरसो का तेल - 3/4 Cup (150 ml) Turmeric Powder - हल्दी पाउडर - 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - काश्मीरी मिर्च पिसी - 1 tbsp Black Salt - काला नमक - 1 tsp Balck Cumin Seeds - कलौंजी - 1/ 2 tsp Lemon Juice - नींबू का रस - 2 Vinegar - सिरका - 2 tbsp How to Make Karela Pickle? 1. Rinse and drain 250-grams of Karela. Cut the heads from both ends and slice the karela into 1/2 cm of width. 2. Transfer the sliced pieces of karela into a bowl and add 1 tsp salt and mix well. Cover and leave them for 1 hour. 3. After an hour, strain the karela using a strainer to drain out the released bitter water. Leave the pieces in the strainer for 5 minutes. 4. Lay a cloth over the tray and place the sliced pieces on the tray one-by-one to dry. 5. Dry the slices under the sun for 1 hr or 2 hrs under the fan. Next, prepare masala for the achaar. 6. Heat a pan, add 4 tbsp Saunf, 1 tsp methi, 1 tsp jeera, 1 tsp ajwain to the pan, and saute the spices over the low-medium flame while stirring constantly. 7. Add 3 tbsp of yellow mustard seeds, 1-pinch hing, 15-20 black pepper, and roast it slightly. 8. Take the masala out in a bowl once roasted, and allow it to cool. Put the masala in a mixture jar and coarsely crush the spices. 9. Heat 1/2 cup mustard oil in the pan. When you can see visible smoke coming out of the oil, turn off the flame and allow the oil to cool a bit. 10. Once the oil cools a bit, add 1 tsp turmeric powder, karela slices, ground masala, 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chili, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black salt, 1/2 tsp Kalonji, and mix everything properly. 11. When the pieces are well-coated with masala, transfer them to a bowl, add 2-lemons juice extract, 2 tbsp of vinegar, and mix well. 12. Cover the achaar and keep it in the sun for 3-days or keep it inside for 3-days. 13. After 3-days, add 1/4 cup oil in the achaar if it seems short of oil. 14. Store it in any glass container, ceramic pickle jar, or food-grade container and have it for more than a year. 15. Make sure to sterilize the jar before putting the pickle. Facebook Page - 🤍 Masala Kitchen Instagram - 🤍 Recent Upload:- 🤍 #MangoPickle #AamKaAchar #AcharRecipeByMasalaKitchen आज मसाला किचन मे बन रहा है इंस्टेंट चटपटा आम का अचार की आसान रेसिपी | घर मे मैंगो पिकल बनाने का आसान तरीका | इंस्टेंट अचार कैसे बनाये | बिना धूप आम का अचार बनाने की विधि | आम के अचार का मज़ा लीजिये घर मे | खट्टा मीठा अचार, चटपटा आम का अचार, मार्किट जैसा अचार, केरी का अचार, सूखा अचार, आम का मुरब्बा | दादी-नानी वाली अचार रेसिपी को शेयर करना न भूले | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी INGREDIENTS: * Raw Mango(कैरी) - 1 Kg/600-700 Grams * Curry Leaves(कढ़ी पत्ता) * Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste * Asafoetida(हींग) - 1 Tsp * Crushed Red Chili Powder(कुटी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp * Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp * Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - More than 1/2 Tsp * Mustard Oil(सरसों का तेल) - Less than 1/2 Cup * Yellow Mustard Seeds(पिली राई दाल) * Fenugreek Seeds(मेथी दाना) - 1 Tsp * Nigella Seeds/Black Onion Seeds(कलौंजी) - 1 Tsp * Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1 Tbsp * Thick Fennel Seeds(मोटी सौंफ) - 2 Tbsp * Black Pepper(काली मिर्च) - 30-40 Pieces * Mustard Oil(सरसों का तेल) - 4-5 Tbsp * Salt(नमक) - 1/2 Tsp * Water(पानी) - More than 1/2 Cup * White Vinegar(सफेद सिरका) - 1 Spoon * Jaggery(गुड़) RECIPE: Take some Hot Boiled Water, add some White Vinegar to it. Mix well & put half of the boiled water into the glass & put crushed Jaggery in the remaining Water & cook it till it gets dissolved properly. Then take out the Jaggery Water into the glass & keep it aside. Take the Raw Mangoes, remove the upper black part then cut the Raw Mangoes into small pieces as shown in the video & remove its Kernels/Seeds. For Achar, keep the pan on the flame, put some Mustard Oil, Salt & cook it on a slow flame to remove the Oil flavor. Then turn the flame off & put Curry Leaves, Mustard Seeds, coarsely ground Fennel Seeds, Black Pepper, Cumin Seeds, Yellow Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Crushed Red Chilli Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Asafoetida/Hing Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, & saute them for a sec. Then turn the flame to medium & put chopped Raw mango in it. Mix well, cover & cook it. Then divide the Pickle into 3 bowls. In one bowl put Vinegar Water & mix well. In the second bowl put Jaggery Water & mix well. Keep the remaining Pickle as well. The Pickle is ready, put it in a glass jar and enjoy the tasty Mango Pickle for a long time. Facebook Page - 🤍 Masala Kitchen Instagram - 🤍 Recent Upload:- 🤍 #MangoPickle #AamKaAchar #AcharRecipeByMasalaKitchen आज मसाला किचन मे हम लाये है चटपटा आम का अचार की आसान रेसिपी | घर मे मैंगो पिकल बनाने का आसान तरीका | इंस्टेंट अचार कैसे बनाये | बिना धूप आम का अचार बनाने की विधि | सालों साल चलने वाले आम के अचार का मज़ा लीजिये घर मे | खट्टा मीठा अचार, चटपटा आम का अचार, मार्किट जैसा अचार/केरी का अचार/सूखा अचार/आम का मुरब्बा, | दादी-नानी वाली अचार रेसिपी को शेयर करना न भूले | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी INGREDIENTS: * Raw Mango(कैरी) - 20 Kg * Salt(नमक) - 3 Kg For Pickle Masala: * Thick Fennel Seeds(मोटी सौंफ) - 750 Gram * Yellow Mustard Seeds(पिली राई दाल) - 1 Kg * Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 250 Gram * Nigella Seeds/Black Onion Seeds(कलौंजी) - 100 Gram * Fenugreek Seeds(मेथी दाना) - 100-125 Gram * Black Pepper(काली मिर्च) - 100 Gram * Red Mustard Seeds(लाल सरसों/राई) - 200 Gram * Coriander Seeds(सूखा साबुत धनिया) - 250-300 Gram * Crushed Red Chilli(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च) - 300 Gram * Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 300 Gram * Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 500 Gram * Asafoetida(हींग) - 20 Tsp * Mustard Oil (सरसों का तेल) - 2 Litre (Optional) RECIPE: Take the Raw Mangoes, wash n wipe them then remove the upper black part & cut the Raw Mangoes with the help of a mango cutter as shown in the video. Remove its kernels/seeds & put all mango pieces in any utensil or jar, put some Salt & mix it well. Cover it n keep it for 2-3 hours. For Pickle Masala, in a pan, put Fennel Seeds roast it for a min & take it out on a plate. Then roast the Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Black Pepper, Red Mustard Seeds, Yellow Mustard Seeds & Onion Seeds & take out them. Keep them for cooling down then coarsely grind roasted Fennel Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds & Black Pepper in the mixer and mix all spices. Put Crushed Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder & Asafoetida/Hing Powder & mix all well. Then Put in in the Mango & Mix well. After then put coarsely ground Spices, in the pickle & combined well. Then cover it with a muslin cloth & tie a knot & keep it for 3-4 days. (Meanwhile, mix the pickle gradually, mixing and tossing need to be done every day. Optional (Then heat some Mustard Oil & when it turns lukewarm then put the Oil in the Pickle & mix well.) The Pickle is ready, put it in a glass jar and enjoy the tasty Mango Pickle for a long time. Andhra chutney Pickle for Idli n Dosa, allam chutney andhra style, allam pachadi, ginger thokku recipe, allam chutney hotel style, spicy andhra pickles, andhra style allam pachadi Ingredients for Andhra Style Pickle - Allam Pachadi Oil - तेल - 4 tbsp Mustard Seeds - सरसों - 1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds - मेथी दाना - 1/4 tsp Dry Coriander Seeds - साबुत धनिया - 1 tbsp Split Chickpeas - चना दाल - 1 tbsp Split Black Gram Lentils - उरद दाल - 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds - जीरा - 1 tsp Ginger - अदरक - 1/3 cup, (50 gms) chopped Tamarind pul - इमली का पल्प- 1/2 cup Asafoetida - हींग - 2 pinch Kashmiri Red Chilli - कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च - 25 gms Jaggery - गुड़ - 1/2 Cup (80 grams) Salt - नमक - 3 tsp For Tadka: Oil - तेल - 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds - सरसों - 1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds - मेथी दाना - 1/4 tsp Red Chilli - लाल मिर्च - 2 Curry Leaves - कड़ी पत्ता - 10 - 12 How to prepare Andhra Style Ginger Pickle? 1. Heat 4 tbsp of oil in the Kadai. 2. Add 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds, 1/4 tsp of fenugreek seeds, 1 tsp of coriander seeds, 1 tbsp of chana dal, 1 tbsp of urad dal, and 1 tsp of cumin seeds to the hot oil. 3. Roast the masala over low heat till the dal turns brown. 4. Add 50 grams of chopped ginger and fry them till they turn crispy. 5. Add 2-pinch hing and 25 grams of Kashmiri red chili and roast together with ginger pieces. 6. Turn off the flame and grind the masala once cool down. 7. Add roasted spices, 1/2 cup of dashed jaggery, 1/2 cup of tamarind pulp, 1/2 cup of water, 3 tsp of salt, and grind coarsely. 8. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in the Kadai. 9. Add 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds, 1/4 tsp of fenugreek seeds, 2-dried red chilies to the hot oil, and roast briefly. 10. Turn off the heat and add 10-12 curry leaves. Add Tadka to the chutney and mix well. 11. Andhra Style Ginger Pickle is ready to be served. Mix Veg Pickle, mix sabzi achar, instant mix veg pickle, Gajar,Gobhi,Mooli,Karela,Haldi,Beans,Adrak,Chilli,Shalgam ka mix achar for winters, indian mix veg pickle, homemade pickle recipe, Ingredients for mixed veg pickle Turnip - शलगम - 150 gms Cauliflower - फूलगोभी - 200 gms Radish - मूली - 150 gms Bitter Gourd - करेला - 100 gms Carrot - गाजर - 100 gms Turmeric - हल्दी - 150 gms Beans - फलियां - 100 gms Ginger - अदरक - 100 gms Green Chilli - हरी मिर्च - 100 gms Yellow Mustard - पीली सरसों - 1/3 Cup (45 grams) Fennel - सौंफ - 1/4 Cup (25 grams) Fenugreek Seeds - मेथी दाना - 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds - जीरा - 1 tsp Mustard Oil - सरसों का तेल - 1 Cup (400 ml) Carom Seeds - अजवाइन - 1 tsp Asafoetida - हींग - 1/2 tsp Black Pepper - काली मिर्च - 1 tbsp Black Cumin - कलोंजी - 1 tsp Salt - नमक - 3 tbsp Black Salt - काला नमक - 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder - लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1/4 Cup Vinegar - सिरका - 1/2 Cup How to prepare Navrang Pickle? 1. Take 150 grams of Turnip, 200 grams of cauliflower, 150 grams of radish, 100 grams of karela, 150 grams carrots, 150 grams of turmeric, 100 grams beans, 100 grams ginger, and 100 grams of green chilies. 2. Cut all the vegetables and blanch them. 3. Add enough water to a cooking vessel and bring it to a boil. 4. After a boil, simmer the vegetables in it for 3 minutes. 5. Meanwhile, cut the chilies and Haldi. 6. Strain the vegetables immediately after 3 minutes. 7. Lay a cloth over a tray and dry the vegetables in it under the fan. 8. After 1.5 hours, vegetables are ready. Now we will prepare the masala. 9. Dry roast 1/3 cup of yellow mustard for 1 minute over medium flame. 10. Next, dry roast 1/4 cup of fennel seeds, 2 tbsp of methi seeds, and 1 tsp of cumin for 1 or 1.5 minutes. 11. Grind the roasted yellow mustard coarsely and other roasted spices too. 12. Heat 1 cup of mustard oil in Kadai. 13. Once you can see smoke coming, turn off the flame and allow the oil to cool 14. Add 1 tsp of carom seeds, 1/2 tsp of hing, 1 tsp of black pepper, 1 tbsp of turmeric powder to the oil and mix well. 15. Add vegetables, raw Haldi, ginger, and green chilies to the oil. 16. Now, add 1 tsp of kalonji, 2 tbsp of salt, 1 tbsp of black salt, 1/4 cup of Kashmiri red chili, and mix everything well. 17 Add yellow mustard, Fennel, cumin, and fenugreek seeds, and mix well. 18. Amba Haldi Ka Achar, Fresh Turmeric Ginger Pickle, Raw turmeric and ginger pickle, #TurmericPickle #RawTurmericPickle #PickleRecipe Ingredients: Raw Turmeric - 200 gms Ginger - 100 gms Lemons - 2 Green Chillies - 2 Mustard Oil - 1/3 cup (75 gms) Black Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp Asafoetida - 1 pinch Black Pepper - 1 Tsp Fenugreek Seeds - 2 tsp Fennel Seeds - 4 tsp Yellow Mustard Seeds - 4 tsp (coarsely ground) Salt - 2 Tsp How to make Ginger Turmeric Pickle 1- Take 200 grams of raw turmeric and 100 grams of ginger. Wash and dry them. 2- Peel the raw turmeric and ginger and cut them into bite-sized pieces. 3- Next, chop the green chilies into 4 equal sized pieces. 4- Now, preheat a pan. Once heated, add 4 teaspoons of fennel seeds, 1 teaspoon of black pepper and dry roast them on a medium flame for 1 minute while stirring them continuously. 5- Grind the roasted spices in the grinder till they are coarsely ground. 6- Next, heat a pan and0- add 3/4th cup of mustard oil. 7- In this heated oil, add 1 teaspoon of black mustard seeds and roast them. 8- Add the chopped ginger, turmeric, green chilies and a pinch of asafoetida in it. 9- Add 2 teaspoons of salt, 4 teaspoons of coarsely ground yellow mustard seeds and the coarsely grounded spices. 1Mix them well while stirring continuously. To this, add the juice of 2 lemons and mix well. Pour this into a separate bowl. The Ginger Turmeric Pickle is now ready to be served. Instant Chilli Ginger Pickle तुरत फुरत बनने वाला अदरक हरी मिर्च का अचार #ChilliGingerPickle #GingerPickle #PickleRecipe Ingredients Green chili – 100gms Ginger- 150 gms Lemon – 2 Mustard oil- 4 tbsp Vinegar- 4 tsp Mustard seeds- 2 tbsp (coarsely grind) Salt- 2 tsp ( or more than 1 tsp) Turmeric powder- 1 tsp Instructions Take 100 gm green chili and 150 gms ginger clean them, peel the ginger and leave it out in sun to dry for 4 to 5 hours. Cut the ginger and green chili. Take green chilies usually used in making sabzi. We have taken thin and spicy green chilies. Remove the stalk from the chili and cut it into two parts vertically. If the chili is too long, cut it and make 4 parts from it. Cut all the chilies the same way. Cut the ginger in thin slices. Green chili and ginger are cut and ready. Take a bowl. Put the pieces of ginger and chili in a bowl so that the spices can be mixed well in it. Let the leftover seeds stay aside on the board. Add 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tbsp mustard powder. This is coarsely grinded mustard. Also add 6 tsp mustard oil and 4 tsp apple cider vinegar. Take 2 lemon and squeeze out its juice.Mix all the spices well. Tempting Green chili and ginger pickle is ready. This tasty accompaniment will surely add more spice to you everyday food. You can have it anytime. You can have them instantly but the real taste of pickle comes after 2 days, when all the spices absorb well in the chili and ginger. Put the pickle in a container and stir it up and down with a dry and clean spoon for 2 days. Green Chilly Pickle or Green Chilly Pickle in Mustard, which imparts a major flavor, aroma and taste. It will surely increase the sensitivity of our taste buds. Ingredients Green chilies (for pickle) - 250 grams Red mustard seeds - 2 tbsp Salt -1 tbsp Cumin seeds) - 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp Asafoetida) - less than 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder - 1 tsp Garam masala - 1/2 tsp Lemon - 2 (2 tbsp juice) Oil - 2 tbsp Directions Getting ready: 1.Let us rinse the chilies thoroughly and cut off the stalk. Wipe the chilies with a cloth. 2.Now cut the chilies vertically, keeping them join at one end. Making: 3.Stir roast the cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds in a hot pan or tawa until fragrant. Turn off the flame. 4.Take mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, asafoetida in a mixture jar and grind to make fine powder. To it add turmeric powder, garam masala and salt. Churn well. 5.Transfer the powder to a bowl and add 1 tbsp lemon juice into it. 6.Now stuff each green chilly with this masala and keep on a plate. Pour the leftover oil over these chilies. 7.Cover these chilies and keep them under sunlight. Spicy-tangy green chilly pickle is ready to eat within 3 to 4 days. Do stir the chilies every day with a clean spoon. 8.You can also make this pickle with chopping green chilies in small chunks. For this chop thoroughly washed green chilies in a mixing bowl. 9.To it add salt, turmeric powder and lemon juice. Stir nicely to mix well. 10.Cover and keep aside the bowl throughout the day. Stir the chilies well after 5 to 6 hours. 11.Stir roast the cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds in a hot pan or wok till fragrant. Mix asafoetida and turn off the flame. 12.Now place mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds in a mixture jar and ground finely. 13.Now mix asafoetida, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt and churn again. Transfer the powder to a bowl and mix ½ turmeric powder and ½ tsp salt to it. Mix well. 14.Then mix this powder to the chopped chilies, followed by oil and stir well thoroughly. 15.Cover and keep under sunlight for 3 to 4 days. Stir everyday once in a day. 16.Mouth drooling and spicy green chilly pickle is now done and ready.
